We're not perfect. Here's how we handle it when things aren't right.

No care arrangement gets everything right every time. A carer runs late. A communication doesn't land the way it should. A routine needs adjusting.

When that happens, we want to know straight away. Our registered manager Lisa Goddard oversees all client feedback personally, and most issues are resolved within 24 hours of being raised.

Several of our longest-standing clients first contacted us to flag something that wasn't working. That conversation made the care better — and the relationship stronger.
