Staying at home — with the right support
Home care means a trained carer visits you at home, regularly, at agreed times. It's not a care home. It's not giving up independence. It's the opposite — it's what allows most people to stay in the place they know, for longer.
Visits can be as short as 1 hour or as long as several hours, depending on what you need. We build the schedule around your life — not the other way around.
What a carer can help with

- Help with washing, bathing, and showering — with dignity
- Getting in and out of bed safely
- Oral hygiene and skin care
- Getting dressed and groomed
Daily living
- Medication prompting and assistance
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Shopping and errands
Health & Wellbeing
- Monitoring wellbeing and raising concerns
- Accompanying to appointments
- Mobility support and fall prevention
- Companionship and social connection

Home care is right
for you if…
- An elderly parent is managing at home but needs help with daily tasks
- Someone has come out of hospital and needs support while they recover
- A family carer needs regular, reliable cover to maintain their own life
- An older person is isolated and would benefit from consistent company
- You want consistent, familiar care — not a different face each visit

Trust & care
Getting started is straightforward
Free care assessment — at your home
We visit, listen, and understand what's needed. Support is built around your routine, preferences, and daily life.
We match you with the right carer
We match carers based on both care needs and personality. The right fit helps build trust, comfort, and consistency over time.
Care begins
We create a careplan together with you. Once you're happy with the plan, we agree a start date. Urgent support can often begin within 48-72 hours.
Rather talk to someone First?
That's completely fine.
Some families prefer a conversation before filling in a form — we understand that.
