Support that builds a life, not just a routine.
Everyone with a learning disability has different strengths, different needs, and different goals. Some people want help managing day-to-day tasks at home. Others want to build confidence getting out into the community. Many want both — and those goals change over time.
Our support workers don't arrive with a fixed script. They get to know the person they're supporting — what matters to them, what they find difficult, what they're working towards — and provide support that fits around that.
The aim is always to do as much or as little as is needed. We support people to do things themselves wherever possible, rather than doing things for them.

Each person needs support tailored to their unique circumstances
Before we begin, we carry out a full assessment — with the person themselves at the centre of that conversation, not just their family or care coordinator. We want to understand what they want from their support, not just what others think they need.
- Personalised support plans built around individual needs
- Support reviewed regularly as needs and goals change
- Smooth, carefully managed transitions from other providers

Paying for learning disability support
Support for adults with learning disabilities is often funded through a local authority care package or a personal budget via Direct Payments. Some families are self-funded.
If you're unsure how funding works or whether your loved one may be eligible for local authority support, we can help point you in the right direction during the assessment.

Rather talk to someone First?
That's completely fine.
Some families prefer a conversation before filling in a form — we understand that.
